By helping people, you're actually building up your company. Instead of just telling people what to do, I prefer to teach them. When I notice someone making a mistake, I don't scold them. Instead, I jot it down, plan a training session, and show them the right way. Within any workplace, you may encounter sluggish team members, lacking motivation, missing deadlines, or exhibiting other performance issues. When this happens, you make a training plan and coach them. You don't need to blame anyone for doing things wrong. They will do it right once they have learned it rather than being ordered around. Coaching people is way more effective than hovering over them or micromanaging.
