You don’t manage five minutes and wind up with six. It’s not possible to magically create more time. It's important to understand that you have only five minutes and not a minute more.

The real key lies in managing your actions. Take control of what you do and how you spend your time. Make conscious choices and channel your energy toward the things that align with your goals and values.
So, instead of trying to manage time, information overload, or priorities, focus on mastering your actions. That's where true productivity and fulfillment can be found!
