Every morning before leaving home, we make sure to charge all our digital devices—such as our mobile phones, smartwatches, AirPods, and even power banks—so that we're ready for the day ahead. However, one important thing we often overlook is charging ourselves. We fail to nourish our bodies with quality food and our minds with valuable knowledge, both of which are essential for sustaining our energy throughout the day. This neglect is one of the biggest shortcomings of our modern lifestyle. To achieve our specific goals, we must prioritize 'charging' ourselves just as we do our devices.
