Today, I had the privilege of participating in an incredibly insightful workshop led by Gilbarto Crombe, a strategic business architect. The workshop was a transformative experience as Gilbarto delved into several topics, including the designer mindset, company culture, the pivotal drivers and potential drainers of organizations, uncovering the multiplier factor for companies, the art of changing the rules of the game to amplify growth, and the nuanced effectiveness of follow-up strategies.
